In this workshop, leading teacher Matthew Rochford will guide participants through a programme of practical moving meditations designed to bring the benefits of both arts into their lives.

Tai Chi Chuan Paths To Understanding

Featuring: - a workshop for those with some experience. With Matthew Rochford

Tai Chi is an inner martial art with a deep philosophy and meditative method that has been practised for many centuries. In this in-depth workshop the system of the famous Master Cheng Man Ching will be taught. 5 Loosening Exercises, Partner Exercises and the Short Form comprise the main body of
this unique and wonderful system of mind-body connection.

Suitable for those with prior experience of Tai Chi or Qigong.

Matthew has been practising Tai Chi for over 19 years and is the founder of the pioneering organisation Tai Chi Nation.

A Celebration of Traditional Dance

On Sunday 5th September, Dartington Morris Men will once again host a Morris dance event at the Civic Square, Totnes, featuring five local Morris sides. The invited teams are members of the three national Morris organisations, and are based in South Devon and East Cornwall.
